Any services rendered by Zuberence or its associates will be provided within a specified timeframe as disucced at the initiation or at the time of subscription payment and in-case there is any requirement of extension, will be discussed with the customer beforehand.
Payments are to cleared before the initation of the service period
Any extension in service period shall be additionallly charegable.
Any service or consultancy subscription purchased is non refundable. In case of concerns with the product, please reach out to our contact email for resolution.
Our services are period specific - that is one time, one month, one quarter or one year subject to the plan you may purchase. Services are not automatically renewed unless mentioned by the customer.
